a)That the affiliated center shall display the KCSM board with logo in a prominent place;

b)That all payments due to KCSM shall only be as DD in favour of KCSM payable at Adoor;

c)That all payments due to KCSM shall be nonrefundable, Admission Fees 18% GST Inclusive.

d)That only KCSM has the power to make any change in the course module, content, course fee.

g)That each admission to KCSM course shall be registered with KCSM on the following day and the roll of admission shall be open for verification by KCSM.

h)That the affiliated center shall not misused the logo or name of KCSM so that it affects KCSM negatively.

i)That if found that any of the conditioned above are Violated/Inactive center/No monthly students registration from the centers, KCSM reserves the right to terminate the affiliation without any prior notice;

j)The informations given above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. If my institute is selected for affiliation to Kerala Computer Saksharatha Mission (KCSM), I do promise to abide by the rules and regulations of the Mission and I am aware that incorrect informations may lead to the cancellation of affiliation given by the mission to my/ our institute without notice.
